East Coast...Singapore

I thought this was very funny... apparently the owners of the restaurant didn't want a signboard but by law they had to have one....so it's the "No Signboard" restaurant.. haha. We had dinner down at the east coast... the best chilli crabs I have ever had.... in fact the only chilli crabs I have ever had:) the kids enjoyed our photo shoot today because they just played in the water and built sand castles and I mainly did candid shots.... much to their happiness and mine!

I love this shot... it has a very old world feel to it. The ships in the background give it a feeling of how it may have been in war time. Although if you have ever been to Singapore this is what it is like all the time... we counted over 100 ships just waiting to go into the harbour. It was really quite an amazing feeling watching the ships on the water and then to look up and see so many Jumbo's flying in low to land. It was pretty awsome!

Singapore Zoo

Well, I must say if you are ever going to Singapore the Zoo is a must!. What a fabulous place, you feel so close to the animals and their enclosures are so natural and beautiful. Would you believe we were there for 9 hours...and yes I was totally exhausted. The last 2hours was a family photo shoot... great location for photos here are just a few from the zoo. This saying is so true!! If only we all stopped and thought about it.

Well, yes they were very hot and bothered and so over photos......

....but it's amazing how a little bit of water can make things so much more fun!!

Have you ever seen a sloth in real life?? They are such a funny animal and very slow... this is a mummy one with her baby on her tummy. She was not very shy at all, she came up really close to us... I think she wanted to show her beautiful baby off.

The Many faces of Aimee!!

The White Tiger was a real treat to see!:) How gorgeous he was and his eyes were so blue! We were there at feeding time....how amazing it was. It is a real shame there are no white tigers in the wild anymore.... very very sad:(

How cute was this Polar Bear! We were also very lucky to see the feeding of him..... we saw him catch a live fish... very exciting!

This is one of Singapores water catchments it almost goes right around the zoo.... that is one thing that Singapore doesnt lack in..... Water!

Baby Grace

This is little Grace.... and she was very very cute! I've been dying to post these but had to wait till Mothers day as they were a pressy to her lovely mum. Happy Mothers Day to all those hard working Mums all around the world:)

Ivy

This is my very cute little niece Ivy.... she didnt mind posing for the camera for about 3 shots, then she said she was "tired of this Aunty Lara" I had to bribe her and said she could hold the bunny rabbit after:) Things you have to do when working with kids... it seemed to work:)

I love this one.... the light just caught her eye and it is so blue.

Patches the bunny came out for a cuddle as promised:)

Love my little dog cart... imported from the UK. It gives the photo a very "old world" feel.

I have some more photos of the cart with a little 1yr old, they are very cute also, but cant post them until after mothers day....surprise for a special Mum:)
